Forum claims that the app is required to change username, which is already quite an odd choice. When attempting to do so through the app, there’s just a single username field and, despite both forum and app sharing the product key, they don’t sync. Furthermore it defaults to “pure_moon_26” which is not our name at all, changing back to it no matter what’s written in the field.
Is there a step we’re missing?
I’ve had to rewrite this post 3 times because it kept failing when posting screenshots and didn’t save the draft, so there won’t be images this time.
